–Commission and Special Considerations for GO
- Special Pricing and discounts are based on a minimum of 6 – 9 paid guests and one staff member, depending on which trip. Specific trips require an increased minimum group size.* (see below)
- Commissions are based on retail trip price and do NOT include Mexico IVA taxes and marine park fee.
- Taxes and marine park fees for your guests are based on the net amount you paid for trips.

Whale Shark & Sea Lion Snorkeling packages: $3495
Group organizer (GO) discount/commissions will be as follows, not including tax or park fees*:
- 6 – 8 people: 10% commission of the trip for group + 1 free GO. (The value add-on amount is at your discretion. Some have added a $500 value add per person or more)
- Profit potential: Whale shark group of 8: $2796 commission + $200 add-on per person = $4,396 income
- 9 – 10 people: 15% commission of the entire group + 1 free GO
- Profit potential: Whale shark group of 10: $5,242 commission + $200 add-on per person = $7,242 income
- 11 – 12 people: 15% commission of the entire group + 2 free GO (requires 2nd van)
- Profit potential: Whale shark group of 13: $6,291 + $200 add-on per person = $8,691 income
- *6 day, all-inclusive per person, double occupancy.
- 2024 Whale shark trip costs (retail): $3495 plus tax. (Last week of August – end of October).

- It is ideal for private retreats, family reunions, girls’ or guys getaways, business groups, incentives, clubs, special interests, etc.
- Maximum capacity = 12 paid guests and 2 GO’s ( 14 max)
- Minimum group size = 6
- Exclusive Las Animas Ecolodge = 10 paid guests
- April – June, October – January departures. Call to check availability.
2024 Special Terms & Conditions Apply for Certain Dates & Trips
- Thanksgiving and Christmas/ New Year holiday group blocking may not be available. Call Kevin for availability. 10% holiday add-on fees apply.
- GO will circulate all appropriate literature and return signed release forms to Baja Spirit at least 60 days from departure.
- Baja Spirit will offer all transportation, lodging, and food to your staff members at no charge during your trip.
